To note

  • comfortable to wear under spectacles

Pro-ophta Junior is used as an opaque covering for the eye during occlusion therapy, for example, to treat strabismus or amblyopia. The adhesive dressing is designed especially for the sensitive skin around children’s eyes. The adhesive is applied in strips to the extremely thin nonwoven fabric. This means even frequent dressing changes do not cause any problems and plenty of air can reach the eye. It has a cotton core that keeps the eye in complete darkness. The dressing’s shape, which is specially designed for children and comes in two sizes, ensures that it fits perfectly, even under spectacles. A variety of child-friendly motifs can be attached to the Pro-ophta Junior – which definitely helps younger patients to accept treatment.

Product composition

Tan-coloured nonwoven base layer: 100% polyester, opaque, air-permeable centre: 100% cotton fabric; porous coating of skin-friendly synthetic rubber adhesive
