Unobtrusive stabilization, reliable relief from pressure
The Cellacare Dorsal Lumbar Stabilizing Orthosis is a back support which has elastic construction elements. It is used to relieve pressure on the lumbar region and provide moderate stabilization. It can be used, for example, to treat and prevent acute and chronic low back pain, sciatica, poor posture and irritation. This stabilizing support is also used for early stage osteoporosis.
Flexible material with powerful effect
The lumbar stabilizing orthosis provides gentle compression for both the back and abdominal region. Flexible stays provide the required stabilizing effect specifically in the back area. This support has a proprioceptive effect which stimulates the metabolism, relaxes muscle tension and promotes neuromuscular activity.
Visually unobtrusive for inconspicuous support
The material from which this lumbar stabilizing orthosis is made is especially breathable and prevents the build-up of moisture and heat. The trapezium-shaped back panel made out of climate-control active knitted fabric provides comfortable support and padding. To ensure slight, individualized variations, the integrated compression can be adjusted to the level of stabilization. Thanks to this product's unobtrusive design it is inconspicuous when worn.
Getting back in shape with Cellacare® Dorsal
These exercises help to strengthen the back. They only take a few minutes. The most important thing is that they are done regularly. Then the desired outcome will be achieved.
Starting position:Sitting on a stool, pelvis upright, chest out, shoulder blades back and down toward the back pockets
Strengthening the oblique abdominal muscles
Exercise: Press your right hand against your left thigh; raise your left leg approx. 10-15 cm up off the floor. Extend your left arm down toward the floor. After doing the repetitions, switch to the left hand and right leg.
Repetition: Hold for 4-6 breaths; repeat 10-15 times on each side.
Full-body strength training
Exercise: Hold your left hand over your head with the palm facing up; raise your right leg approx. 10-15 cm up off the floor. Extend your right arm down toward the floor. After doing the repetitions, switch to the right hand and the left leg.
Repetition: Hold for 4-6 breaths; repeat 10-15 times.
Measure waist circumference.
