AB  - Patients with chronic venous insufficiency and ulceration can have additional problems with chronic oedema, if a combination of venous and lymphatic insufficiency is present. Standard leg ulcer bandaging systems may not be suitable for reducing chronic oedema. This article provides the opportunity for practitioners to learn more about oedema in patients with CVI and to reflect on their current bandaging practice.
