Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Süßle
President, CEO & CCO

Wolfgang Süßle, who was born in 1966, has been the President, CEO, CCO and board spokesperson of the L&R Group since 2011. In this position, he is responsible for global corporate development and communication, Digital Market Solutions, controlling and the Group’s global sales and marketing activities. He joined L&R in 2003.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Menitz
COO & Senior Executive Vice President

Thomas Menitz, who was born in 1974, is L&R’s COO and as such is the managing director responsible for the entire supply chain operations of the L&R Group and for Rauscher Consumer Products. Since 2016, he has also been the L&R Group’s Senior Executive Vice President. He started his career at L&R in 1994.

In our efficient production and logistics processes, we are always working on identifying additional areas for potential improvement and integrating them into our process structures.’

Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Holger Mägdefrau
CFO

Holger Mägdefrau, who was born in 1965, is CFO of the L&R Group. In this role he is responsible for human resources, finance, organisation & IT, Sales America, quality management, legal affairs, regulatory affairs and business development. He has been working for the L&R Group since 1994.

Dr. Klemens Schulz
CPO

Dr. Klemens Schulz, who was born in 1965, is the CPO of the L&R Group and, as such, is responsible for global portfolio management, global marketing, research & development and packaging development. He joined L&R in 2012.
