The end of 2014 saw L&R launch a digital service to optimize its internal processes, thereby helping its German medical and specialist supplies sector. With more than 700 users of its online tool after three and a half months, the medical device manufacturer L&R is already very happy with its development.
The L&R business portal provides a significant service. Making online orders much easier, it saves our customers time and money. Further special functions including a product availability display, individual customer watch lists and order histories, overviews with item numbers and calculation examples offer additional benefits as well as product information and pictures.
