Founded in October 2023, the network provides female L&R colleagues in Austria with opportunities for mutual exchange and support three times a year through various formats and events. The network now includes over 80 female colleagues.
This time, the focus was on resilience. A workshop offered practical insights, exercises, and reflection methods to promote personal resilience—and received very positive feedback from the participants!
At the beginning, L&R CEO Thomas Menitz opened the event with a virtual speech and emphasized the importance of initiatives like women@L&R:
