L&R acquires U.S. company for compression products

The international supplier of medical devices Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R) extends its Corporate Group through the acquisition of the company Solaris, Inc. based in West Allis/Milwaukee (Wisconsin, USA). L&R now holds 37 subsidiaries and shareholdings, two of them within the U.S. (Lohmann & Rauscher, Inc. and now Solaris, Inc.) Through this acquisition the L&R Group strengthens its market position in the U.S. and expands its product portfolio:

The management of the new L&R subsidiary company will be taken over by the former managing partner of Solaris, Inc., Kyle Weatherly together with Mr. Gary Keytel, President of Lohmann & Rauscher, Inc.
