- for venous leg ulcer therapy after oedema reduction
- to prevent recurrence of chronic venous ulcers
- for stasis dermatitis (eczema, pigmentation, lipodermatosclerosis, atrophie blanche)

- for treatment of post-thrombotic syndrome
- as follow-up care for atrophy treatment and varicose vein surgery
- after vein removal for bypass surgery (cardiac surgery)
