Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R) (www.lohmann-rauscher.com) expands on Latin American soil. L&R, the supplier of medical devices and hygiene products, has now opened a new branch office in São Paulo as part of its continuing pursuit of internationalisation.
Latin America has a growing requirement for high-quality medical devices. To exploit this potential, L&R has recently opened, in São Paulo Brazil, the first branch office of the sales division “Emerging Markets and Exports” in Latin America. With about 192 million inhabitants Brazil is the largest country in Latin America and, after Mexico, has the second largest market in medical devices. From São Paulo, the branch office supports existing sales partners in the marketing and sales sectors in Latin America.
