L&R recognized as a top employer and training company in Germany

In the study "Germany's Most Desirable Employer 2025," conducted by ServiceValue in cooperation with the FAZ Institute and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), L&R was named the industry winner in the medical devices sector. This honor was based on a comprehensive analysis of social media monitoring and online surveys. Among other things, employer quality, family friendliness, sustainability, and management and service performance were evaluated.

L&R was also awarded the rating "Very high attractiveness" by ServiceValue and the media platform "WELT" as one of the best training companies in Germany. In a nationwide population survey, over 592,000 participants rated the quality of training at almost 4,000 companies from various industries.

Triple success for L&R
In addition to these two awards, L&R recently took first place in the "Markt & Mittelstand" SME ranking in the pharmaceuticals category. In 2024, L&R was the winner of the "German Health Award 2024" in the "Medical Technology – Manufacturers" category, presented by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the news channel ntv.
