Seine Laufbahn bei L&R startete er 1994.

Holger Mägdefrau, geboren 1965, ist CFO und seit 1. Dezember 2024 zusätzlich Senior Executive Vice President der L&R Gruppe. Er verantwortet die Bereiche Corporate Functions & Excellence: Finance, Controlling & Corporate Planning, Digital Strategy & AI, IT, M&A sowie Legal/Compliance/Insurance.

He is in charge of Human Resources, Finance, Organisation & IT, Quality Management, Legal Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Controlling & Corporate Planning, Sales & Marketing Controlling, and International Affairs.
