Thomas Menitz, born in 1974, has been CEO, COO and Spokesman of the L&R Group since 1 December 2024. He is responsible for Corporate Strategy & Operations: Supply Chain Operations, Rauscher Consumer Products, ESG, People & Culture, and Corporate Communications. He began his career at L&R in 1994.

Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Holger Mägdefrau
Holger Mägdefrau, born in 1965, is CFO of the L&R Group and has also been Senior Executive Vice President since 1 December 2024. He is responsible for Corporate Functions & Excellence: Finance, Controlling & Corporate Planning, Digital Strategy & AI, IT, M&A, Legal/Compliance/Insurance.

Fabio Cortesi, born in 1983, is CCO of the L&R Group. He is responsible for Sales & Marketing: Commercial Regions, Global Marketing, Global Revenue Operations.

Dr. Klemens Schulz, born in 1965, is CPO of the L&R Group. He is responsbile for Portfolio & Solutions: Global Portfolio Management, R&D, Packaging Development, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Innovation, Intl Customer Service.
