12 trainees start work in Rengsdorf and Neuwied this coming autumn

L&R trains the managers of tomorrow

In addition to its classical commercial and technical training schemes, L&R Germany also enables young people to enter the business through the dual system provided by the “Middle Rhine” model. This combines professional training and a university education right from the start.


A co-founder of the model over 40 years ago, L&R soon recognized the value of training its future medium-level and senior managers in-house. 3 of the 12 new trainees at L&R have decided to join this scheme. L&R provides its trainees with an international field of activity, social benefits (e.g. appropriate payment, Christmas and holiday allowances, a canteen, petrol vouchers etc.) and a stimulating environment after completing their training.
