Wolfgang Süßle, who was born in 1966, has been President, CEO, CCO and board spokesperson of the L&R Group since 2011. In this position, he is responsible for global corporate development and communication, international portfolio management, research & development,, organisation & IT, controlling and global marketing and sales activities. He started his tenure at the company in 2003.

Thomas Menitz, who was born in 1974, is COO and as such is the managing director responsible for the entire supply chain operations for the L&R Group. Since 2016, he has also been the Senior Executive Vice President. He has been working for L&R since 1994.

Holger Mägdefrau, who was born in 1965, is CFO of the L&R Group. In this role he is responsible for human resources, finance, quality management, regulatory affairs and business development. He has been working for the L&R Group since 1994.
