Lomatuell H is a ready-to-use mesh tulle, saturated with white Vaseline for gentle treatment of superficial wounds.
This product protects superficial wounds from adhesion and promotes exudate drainage. This enables atraumatic dressing changes and supports the natural course of healing.*
Lomatuell H can be cut to size.
