Efficient 2-in-1 Debridement Pad:

Product composition

Acute and chronic wounds and also for the skin surrounding the wound:
- diabetic ulcers
- arterial and venous ulcers
- pressure ulcers
- postoperative wounds healing by secondary intention
- traumatic and surgical wounds (abrasions, incisions, lacerations)
- burns and scalds (3rd degree: following surgical debridement)
- bullous epidermolysis
Suitable for dry, parchment-like, oily, seborrhoeic or healthy skin and hyperkeratotic skin such as may occur, for example, in association with lymphoedema.
Intended purpose
The monofilament fibre pad is used to absorb exudate, debris and skin keratoses during the debridement of superficial wounds.

- product for debridement, does not stay on the wound
- can be used at every dressing change if needed
- Debrisoft Duo must not be cut to size
Advice
- Before using Debrisoft Duo, remove any lotions, gels, creams or ointments as these may compromise product performance.
- Please take care to avoid irritating the wound or skin excessively, and if necessary reduce the pressure or use the other side of the product.
Debrisoft Duo also achieves very good results on severely keratotic or necrotic surfaces when they have been previously treated with autolytic debridement.
The soft fibre side can be moistened with any standard wound irrigation solution in accordance with national guidelines.
