Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) stands for supplier-led digital inventory management. L&R offers a solution for visualising current stocks, automatically executing orders based on rules and feeding data back to the customer via a standard interface.

OR-delivery

L&R is also capable of delivering our customers orders directly to the OR/OR storage area. After a thorough joint process analysis in the main areas of logistics and hygiene, a delivery plan is prepared. Intensively we also analyse the legal aspects and consider how to integrate them for each customer individually. After the implementation phase, in which optimizations are usually still carried out in the process, the regular delivery of our products to the OR will be implemented smoothly.
