HydroBalance Wound Dressing
Suprasorb X Pro and X + PHMB Pro promote wound healing through moisture-balance technology. Depending on the wound condition, the biocellulose structure either releases moisture to the wound or absorbs excess wound exudate. This creates a moist wound environment.

Fields of application
For the treatment of non-infected superficial or deep wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate.
Indications:
- arterial and venous ulcers
- diabetic ulcers
- pressure ulcers
- superficial 2nd degree burns
- postoperative surgical wounds

- abrasions, lacerations

To note
Dressing change interval:
- The intervals at which Suprasorb X Pro HydroBalance wound dressings / packing rope should be replaced and the duration of treatment are determined by the treating physicians depending on the condition of the wound.
Advice
- Should the dressing or packing rope dry out, there must be adequate rehydration, with an exposure time of at least 10 minutes, before removal.
