The company set a goal to reduce workplace accidents by 30% by 2030 compared to 2019 - a target that has already been surpassed. Since 2019, workplace accidents have been impressively reduced by 39%.
This achievement has been driven by consistent measures and the strong commitment of teams across all sites. Additionally, the progress is reflected in the ISO 45001 certifications attained. This internationally recognized standard signifies structured and effective occupational health and safety management. The most recently certified locations include Schönau (Austria) as well as Neuwied Feldkirchen and Neuwied Block (Germany). Prior certifications were achieved at sites in Slavkov, Stará Paka, and Nová Paka (Czech Republic).
Efforts do not stop here: more sites are already in the process of certification to further enhance occupational safety and expand the commitment to safer workplaces.
